This notice explains what personal information VOICE SENSE collects through voice.plainsense.au and how we use it. VOICE SENSE is the voice-over division of Plain Sense Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 75 703 380 607, ACN 703 380 607), which runs this site. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we collect your name, your email address and the project details you give us: the project type, your brief and, if you add one, your deadline.

When you visit, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver and protect the site. This site does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare your quote. We keep a record of the enquiry in our own enquiry system.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site and handle enquiries:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security, and the system where we keep enquiry records.
• Microsoft 365: our business email, which we use to reply to you.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to the information it handles. We do not sell contact lists or personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as they are useful for the work.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about this notice, by sending a request through our quote form (choose "Something else"). If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
